Books, Brownies, and Beans is a book lovers paradise. It is one of the largest one-day used book sales in the South Sound. Thousands of used books will be for sale — Pulitzer Prize winners to children’s books, DVDs, games and more. Enjoy yummy brownies, live music, coffee and an enormous selection of used books. Bring the whole family. Prices are deeply discounted starting at around $1 (and under!). This is a FREE event. Visitors are encouraged to bring their own tote bags. DATE – Saturday, February 22, 2020, from 9 am – 4 pm
LOCATION – Olympia Unitarian Universalist Congregation, 2315 Division St. NW, Olympia, WA 98502.
ITEMS – Gently used books, audiobooks, CDs, and DVDs. Typically, over 10,000 books are available at the start of the sale. All kinds of genres (donations gratefully accepted).
FAMILY FRIENDLY – Budget-friendly pricing, great children’s section, brownies, and music.
ENTERTAINMENT – Live cabaret entertainment throughout the day.
REFRESHMENTS – Coffee, tea, and freshly baked brownies available for purchase.
BENEFITS – All proceeds will be used to benefit the Olympia area’s homeless population.
PARKING – Accessible both from our entrance on Division Street NW or from the cul-de-sac entrance on East End Street.
