We elect our Board of Trustees to oversee the business, property and affairs of the Congregation, operating through authorities provided in our OUUC Bylaws. The Board functions on behalf of and is subject to the will of the Congregation.
OUUC operates under Policy Governance. The Board establishes desired outcomes and delegates routine operating authority to the Executive. The Board also updates policies as necessary.
